Activity Type: Cross-Country Skiing
Difficulty Rating: Intermediate
Itinerary: ski to Meadow Cabin by route TBA, snack break, ski back to cars
Prerequisites / Courses Required: participants should be comfortable on skis for several hours, along with negotiating little hills and curves - so, sadly, not for beginners.
Required items to bring: skis, boots, poles; head-lamp, gloves, toques, neck-gaiter, dress in layers and bring extra warm layer for when we stop, also snack and beverage for break time. Forecast is VERY promising, and tracks could be fast. However, things can change and even require last minute cancellation, albeit highly unlikely.
As per club guidelines, participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and transportation.
Health & Wellness Form: This document is to be completed by trip participants & trip coordinators the day of travel to an event as well as every morning of the event.
All participants are required to review and comply with the updated GMMC Resources guidelines and the COVID-19 Policy.
