Event Organizer: Kara Little Topic: Tuesdays for the month of May, get some hill training in to get ready for those mountain hikes! We will find different lines up and down the folk fest hills at Gallagher Park, practice some switchbacks going down to keep healthy knees. The ground is quite uneven so please wear good hiking shoes and socks and bring your poles if you use them. Maybe you want to bring a pack large or small to train with some weight, but most importantly bring water and a little snack. It doesn’t take long on these hills to burn some calories!
