Difficulty Rating: Beginner, Intermediate, Difficult
Itinerary: Lets shake off the cobwebs and build stoke for the 2022 rock season with some early season cragging!
Crags are weather and group dependent and will be determined closer to the trip. Potential options:
-Juno Wall
-Hidden Valley
-Lost boys
-Syncline (multi-pitch - group dependent)
Prerequisites / Knowledge/ Skill Requirements:
-creative excuses for worse than expected performance.
-creative excuses for better than expected performance.
-tolerance for puns, dad jokes and juvenile humour.
-willingness to participate in making puns, dad jokes and juvenile humour (preferred).
-excellent taste in snacks
-ability to safely belay using a belay device.
Required items to bring:
-candy
-rock climbing harness
-rock climbing shoes
-helmet
-belay device
(Rental equipment available at Gravity Gear in Jasper town centre)
Accommodations
As per club guidelines, participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and transportation.
However, we'll attempt to coordinate accomodations in the group chat prior to the trip for those wishing to book together as a group.
