We are excited to partner with Primus Physiotherapy to provide members exclusive workshop designed for climbers to focus all about fingers.

This workshop is good for anyone beginner to advanced, and will include stretches, fingertip mechanics and injury prevention

The workshop will be in-person at Primus Physiotherapy  from 5pm-6pm
