This document is to be completed by trip coordinators and sent to the point of contact of their choosing to be the emergency contact for their event. The trip coordinators are responsible for keeping in touch with their point of contact for the duration of their event.
This document is to be used by trip coordinators or executives for the reimbursement of bookings, courses, club gear, etc. to be paid for by the GMMC Club. Submissions are to be sent to the Treasurer for review by the executive.
**Currently the GMMC is unable to provide this reimbursement option to its members due to financial hardships from COVID-19**
Coordinator development is vital to the sustainability of club activities. Club members taking an accredited and recognized skills development course may be eligible for partial reimbursement of course costs, with the intent of giving back to the GMMC club by leading future events. To be considered for reimbursement, the member must lead two (2) Club trips relevant to the course taken within one year after the course. This form is to be completed and submitted to the Treasurer executive for review by the executive.
